Employees will be more critical than ever before in advertising. Authenticity of a brand will be demonstrated by the ability of the employees to attract new consumers and impact existing customer loyalty via every channel of contact. Both small and large organizations, nonprofit and private and public organizations, will benefit (or not) from their employees who spread the brand message in their own words and creative expression. The more independence they have and the more ownership and involvement they have in the brand of their organization, the more authentic and well-received their message will be. Organizations who have true alignment between who they say they are and who they really are, will win out.
